QUEEN ANNE TOWNHOMES

Four townhomes on a steep site on Queen Anne hill overlooking Elliott Bay with views of the Olympic Mountains. The site plan creates paths along the outside edge and private yards toward the center. The units are light-filled with up-to-date materials and casework, appealing to a younger market. With parking located on the low end of the site under two units, the density is handled to match the neighboring homes.

MINOR TOWNHOMES

Four townhomes in two three-story buildings with individual garages below. Designed to blend into the predominately single-family neighborhood, the buildings read as large houses using materials and details derived from the historical styles of the surrounding homes. Stock & Associates led the efforts to obtain a City of Seattle Master Use Permit (MUP) which included gaining approval from the Eastlake Design Review Board.

SEATTLE HOUSING AUTHORITY - YESLER TERRACE

Stock & Associates worked as a consultant under Perkins Eastman on the redevelopment of the Yesler Terrace complex providing architectural design and site planning.
