Stock & Associates worked with the developer of a speculative
laboratory facility from the initial due diligence review of the property and subsequent
report on the property condition through the build-out of the office and lab spaces.
The project had a fast track schedule which overlapped design and construction.
Utilizing a design build process and working as a team with the contractor allowed
the project to remain on budget and on schedule even as design issues were resolved.
A simple colorful palette of
materials creates a clean, unified look throughout the building at an affordable cost.
