After the successful remodel of
their home’s main living areas, this couple decided it was time to give a little
luxury to themselves with a remodel of their master bath. When presented with three
alternative design directions, they both quickly agreed on a clean lined, modern look
with calming colors and contrasting textures. Even though most of the original plumbing
locations were reused to save costs, the layout was changed to achieve a more spacious room,
and add a second showerhead to the shower area. The new dark slate and stone flooring, set off by
smooth green tile and Venetian mosaic tile on the walls, drastically changed their original bathroom.
