Designers at Stock and Associates had many creative, cost-efficient solutions for Kendall Ross,
a brand development and design company located in an early-century building in downtown
Seattle. Kendall Ross wanted the more public areas within their offices to project a stronger
visual expression to visiting clients. For their creative staff, it was important to improve
the efficiency and level of privacy in the work areas.
Complimenting previous tenant improvements, the centrally located reception
area became more prominent and inviting with color, modern yet comfortable furniture,
and an awards shelf/feature wall area. A tack-able vertical surface, created with patterned
carpet tiles, and accent lighting help staff launch ideas and presentations in the meeting room.
Work-centers, with panel dividers made of woven laminate and corrugated metal,
give more visual privacy and texture in the open office areas.
Through these interior design ideas, Kendall Ross’ offices have benefited
from a more unified look and give this growing and dynamic firm a stronger identity.
