The scope of services included programming, planning and schematic design for a new facility for an existing winery. The winery was developed around the conversion of an existing equipment barn for the new fermentation facility. The first phase included careful understanding and analysis of the winemaking cycle from harvest through fermentation and storage, an inventory of existing equipment, site analysis, and identification of needs for the new facility. A floor plan and schematic elevation were developed for the existing site.
