and addition (150 s.f.) in the Pike's Peak neighborhood of Bellevue, contains a lavish modern bamboo
kitchen and dining room with state of the art fixtures and appliances per the client's taste and budget.
Honed black granite countertops, a limestone backsplash, fir trim and leather barstools work together to
make this space inviting and friendly. The expansive windows to the east now allow the lush landscaping
to become an active participant with the natural materials inside. The effect inside and out is tremendous
and, though the new work encompasses only about 20% of the existing home, it has transformed
the entire feeling of the house.
