A former 960 sq. ft. laundry room in the basement of
Bastyr University was transformed into a new nutrition kitchen featuring eight fully-equipped
stations with a demonstration/teaching station. Heavy duty gas stoves and high-end residential equipment were purchased to create a modern look.
Each station is equipped with it’s own gas range, sink, water filter, dishwasher and appropriate storage.
The deep red walls, black countertops,
stainless steel sinks, and applicances combine to make this space warm and inviting.
