Lake Street Place is an urban mixed-use project with over 35,000 sf of restaurant and retail on the street level, and three levels of high-tech office with over 140,000 sf. The commercial space is organized around a “Culinary Courtyard” open to the sky and accessed by a pedestrian meander lined with a variety of shops and eateries. The design emphasizes the two story nature of the surrounding area, stepping back with generous decks. The building is organized as a series of smaller facades to reflect the “Village” feeling of downtown Kirkland. A rich pallette of building materials including stone and brick, ensures the high quality of the design. Over 500 parking stalls are provided in an underground parking facility that will service the tenants, and provide much needed off-hour and weekend parking for the downtown.
